WAIVER TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the YAPS 1 year anniversary  in collaboration with Foot Locker involves physical activity, which may include but is not limited to stretching, pulling, pushing, and lifting exercises. I acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks, including the potential for injury, muscle strain, or other physical harm.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in this event with full knowledge of the risks involved.

2. Medical Clearance

I confirm that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions or injuries that would limit my ability to participate in this event . I agree to consult a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns about my health or fitness level.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I agree to take full responsibility for my actions during the event and will:

    •    Follow all instructions provided by the event organisers YOU ARE PROBABLY SNORING PTY LTD  in collaboration with Foot Locker and the coaches present on the day 

    •    Notify the organizers of any discomfort, injury, or concerns during the event.

I release YOU ARE PROBABLY SNORING PTY LTD , its founders, Foot Locker from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during my participation.

4. Photo/Video Release

I understand that the event may be recorded, photographed, or documented for promotional purposes. By signing this waiver, I consent to the use of my image or likeness in marketing materials, social media posts, or other promotional content by YOU ARE PROBABLY SNORING PTY LTD and Foot Locker. 

5. Code of Conduct

I agree to:

    •    Respect the instructors and other participants.

    •    Refrain from disruptive behavior.

    •    Use equipment responsibly to avoid damage or injury.

Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in my removal from the event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOU ARE PROBABLY SNORING PTY LTD, Foot Locker its founders  and all associated personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the event.
